RESPECT Act Moves Out of House Committee

What makes a supervisor? It's a question pitting nurses against nurse executives as Congress considers the Re-Empowerment of Skilled and Professional Employees and Construction and Tradesworkers (RESPECT) Act, which would redefine supervisory responsibilities and ensure nurses and other skilled workers could join unions and bargain collectively.
